Quiet place, Nice area to live in. All the neighbors get along or stick to them selves. Not a bad cost to live here either.
I moved in 4 months ago i know about the past because i hung up here once in awhile it allot better then what it was it quit yes they could do a little bit better in looking at the trailers when people leave . But it not bad if you are looking for a as is and fix it up yourself . Like i am doing. Nobody bothers nobody everyone so far get along . There something i don't like but that life it not a high class neighborhood it it quit nobody bother me
The ENTIRE park is not up to code! The owners are there very minimal and are only out to get your money! When buying a trailer, they will not give you the title! They offer you a bill of sale! There is a much nicer trailer park 1 mile down the road in Delaware!! There was just an overdose at Parkview 2 days ago! It is not kid friendly....even tho the owners will talk it up. You pay your electric to the owners....no way of knowing how much you have really used...they charge you what they want! The people they have working for them are people who reside in the park and are drug addicts, people who will work for their cheap fix!! I wouldnt recommend this place to a homeless person!
It's a nice place to live. Love the yard and enjoy walking through the neighborhood people are freindly its peaceful and the owners are good people too.
It's a peacefully community you dont have to worry about your children as MUCH off the road so its only residents who travel through....
