Worst experience ever at a car rental company. I was sent here because my vehicle was stolen, had a very nice gentleman when I originally rented. We pointed out some scratches and dents on the vehicle and where told they didn't matter because they were not larger than a golf ball...upon returning I was received by a rep named "Ashley" who said that I caused the dents that were there previously. I asked to speak with the agent that rented the vehicle to me but was told "that's not how this works and we're all trained the same, we will be debiting your card and you can dispute it with our claims department". I will NEVER recommended anyone to this location just because of her! Stay away from this place unless you have 500 to give away or don't deal with her!!!
Excellent the staff was very professional and friendly and catered my needs. I will definitely rent a vehicle from them again .
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Only problem I have from time to time is there's a limited number of cars at the Trainer, PA location. I've learned to call ahead before pick-up.
